SDCHM is ably supported by a well-equipped campus enabling barrier free education to streams like Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT), B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (B.Sc. HHA) and Diploma in Food and Beverage Service/ Food Production.
The Institute has state-of-the-art infrastructure and highly equipped labs to provide hands-on training to students. The program involves in-depth laboratory work, industrial visits, guest lectures, workshops and vocational training scheduled at regular intervals for students to acquire required knowledge, skills, and standards in the operational areas of Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office Operations and Housekeeping.
The Institute holds the distinction of placing 100% students of all its batches so far in various sectors of hospitality industry i.e., hotels, airlines, cruise lines, international restaurant chains, retail, banks, hospitals, MNCs and PSUs.
